Reiki Hands-On-Healing

Friday, February 29th, 2008

By Roberta Barnes Hands can protect, and hands can heal. Anyone feeling or seeing an injury to his or her body will have the instant reaction of putting one or both hands on that area. How many times have you seen someone put their hand over their mouth after saying the wrong thing? When watching a movie containing a scene that you do not like seeing, is not putting your hands over your eyes your first thought? It may not be instinctive, but beginning in childhood we learn that putting our hands where it hurts on ourselves and on others feels good. Do you remember your mom or dad gently holding your finger that you had dropped something onto? When your heart is hurting does it not ease some of the pain to receive a hug from someone? When pain is involved, the natural reaction is to put hands on the location where we feel the pain. All throughout history, some people have seemed to have more of a natural healing ability through their hands then others. It was only natural that the system Mikao Usui developed would involve the placing of hands on another who is ill. I once met a registered nurse that friends and patients would gravitate to because there was something healing about her presence and touch. Some people are natural healers and those people when connected to the vibrations of love and harmony of universal energy by a qualified Reiki Shihan (teacher) increase the healing that happens by their touch. The difference between what flows from a various individual’s hands once connect to Reiki is his or her ability to receive, which is based on their level of consciousness. A person cannot receive more than the level they can reach, which is determined by the level at which they resonate. Higher resonating comes through techniques and self-realization, not tools or Reiki symbols. Healing is in your hands. The hands of any person feel more healing once that person has been connected to Reiki. I am referring to a connection made possible by a Reiki Shihan (teacher) and not knowledge that has been obtained through books or videos. Knowledge can cure, but healing is a natural process that requires energy in some form. The practice of Usui Reiki Ryoho is a powerful form of Universal energy. Hands-on-healing, not the system called Reiki Ryoho, over the centuries has been called many things, such as the “royal touch” in ancient Europe. Unfortunately, at one time it was called by names that ended in selected people being burned at the stake. The mystery of healing being promoted and assisted by human touch is something that has no clear rules or explanations. The mysteries surrounding hands-on-healing are closely related to the mysteries of the heart. Within each of us is the natural ability to heal our whole self. However, often that ability lies in a dormant state. One of the things Reiki does is to awaken that natural ability. Reiki being a form of universal energy also provides what is beyond the abilities of life force energy. The total actions of Reiki promote and speed the healing that is best for that life form at that junction in time. A person who has been connected to Reiki easily does hands-on-healing because universal energy balances and surrounds with harmony. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but changes form. That well from which all forms of energy originate creates mystery. Mystery is one of the things that surrounds the form of energy called Usui Reiki Ryoho, but it is the embracing of mystery that many wise men and women throughout the centuries have said enriches our lives. Information was passed to me by the research of one of my Reiki Shihans (teachers), Richard Rivard, that Mikao Usui being a bit shy of cash would rent his dojo (school) to at least two of his students to use one evening a week. One of those students was practicing a hands- on-healing technique prior to Mikao Usui connected him to Reiki, and another held a medical doctorate. That shows that from the time Mikao Usui practiced and taught Reiki Ryoho many people recognizing the strength of the unique form of energy blended it into areas in which they were already skilled. The blending of Reiki into other practices with the intent to enhance the other practice is a common event. Reiki being a form of universal energy automatically tells us nothing can increase its strength, but it can easily enhance anything else in life, in a positive way. Usui Reiki Ryoho differs from other hands-on-healing techniques. Hard training including memorized detials from textbooks and written tests are things few Reiki teachers find necessary. Reading books written by those that have researched or experienced some area of Reiki helps to expand our view, but a person cannot be connected without the assistance of a qualified Reiki Shihan (teacher). Another of my Reiki Shihans, Rev. Hyakuten Inamoto, also a Japanese Buddhist monk, explained how teaching Reiki is like pointing a finger to the moon. Once the student sees the moon and knows where it is he or she no longer has need of the finger. In the way Reiki developed once it left Japan and linked to the new age movement the finger transformed into the numerous Reiki symbols that various teachers felt were needed to show the overwhelming number of ways the vibrations of love and harmony can bring balance. Some teachers even incorporated materials and rituals used in other healing modalities. The mysterious form of universal energy that needs nothing but a body that has been opened to it and a mind that is disciplined is not always easy for some people to accept. Perhaps we have become much too accepting of things being improved. Another of the things that separates the spiritual practice of Reiki from other hands-on-healing practices is that it can create a better life. Not better as in learning a skill for an income, but better in learning how to allow balance and harmony to flow into all areas of life. Reiki is an effective way to raise spirituality and create a positive life. The mind is the master so daily practice is best to keep the mind in balance so that Reiki can flow smoothing out those bumps that are around you. Reiki flowing quietly into all of every day life is what I so embrace about the styles Gendai Reiki-ho and Komyo Reiki, which I practice. I have found wherever I am and whatever I am doing if I connect to the light (Reiki) and allow it to flow into what is happening at that time, everything simply works more smoothly. Summer in the USA means insects, and when connecting I have fewer negative interactions. Reiki cannot be directed, but a person studying Reiki learns how to connect to person, place or event even over time and distance and allow Reiki to flow. One of the unique things about Reiki is that it flows only as much as needed. If you rub an area of your skin that will soon show dark purple or swell it will feel better, but if you continue to rub for an unreasonable length of time, you will cause irritation. Reiki will not irritate, when the cells have received all they can hold at that time it stop flowing. If no cells are in need of energy, it does not flow. I believe everyone can always use extra energy because of all the trillions of activities going on in the mind and body. Reiki also flows through the eyes, breath, soles of feet and emanates from the whole self. Because of this if a person’s hands are not available to be used Reiki can still flow bringing balance, surrounding with harmony and healing. Hiroshi Doi another of my Reiki Shihans (teachers) and a member of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai, the original society created in Japan, said “Usui-Sensei said of Reiki, “It is love, harmony and healing energy. Universal energy which is the essence of all existence is Reiki.” I have always enjoyed the motto of Komyo Reiki Kai, “Go placidly in the midst of praise or blame.” Reiki Shihans such as myself must ask money in exchange for our time because most creditors do not accept hands on healing for payment, but we began our journey with the understanding the spiritual practice of Reiki Ryoho is not a skill leading to fame or fortune. The mystery that surrounds Reiki Ryoho I like to equate to that which surrounds our central nervous system. My spinal cord and brain were damaged in an accident. Oh the stories I could tell about how awesome I have found the unique energy called Reiki to be. I have learned no one can give specific explanations for the lack of movement or sudden unexplained movements associate with central nervous system damage. Medical doctors, who I highly respect, know certain symptoms indicate damage in certain areas, but the answers to all those specific whys remain mysteries. Anyone that has not experienced central nervous system damage or studied it can at times become very annoyed because person X’s limitations or actions do not fit in the file they hold that explains the workings of nerves. Those people having only read or heard about Reiki can react in the same way to the mysterious form of universal energy. There are many things in this life that as humans we cannot know everything about or master. That is not a problem when you reflect on the origins of Usui Reiki Ryoho; “today/now there is no anger or fretful worry, we give thanks and do our work with diligence, and we are kind to all”. The love and harmony that comes from Usui Reiki Ryoho goes beyond hand-on-healing. Electric Wheelchairs

Friday, February 29th, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Armen_Hareyan] Armen Hareyan When you search online for Electric Wheelchairs, like any other things, you will face a situation, where you will need to choose a provider out of so many companies that offer the service. The search engines will bring you thousands and thousands of results when you type the phrase Electric Wheelchairs. Which vendor or provider to choose? It is important that you make an informed decision. Things to look for when choosing an Electric Wheelchair: First, it is good to check the companys track record and make sure that the company, which provider Electric Wheelchairs is a very good company to do business with. When I buy big-ticket product from a company that I dont know of, I always check the companys record with the Better Business Bureau. You can do that by going to www.bbb.org . While large companies may offer a great service, our experience has been that with the smaller or midsize companies you get a more personalized attention. For example an unknown company such as Jaki Med, based in Charlotte, NC, (Tel. 866.569-7877, they also provide other related supplies) may offer a better service than a large company who will run continuous ads on your TV screen. Why, because you get a personalized service, and a small company will try to do a better job to put a good word out there about its services. A good company will also offer a free transportation during the product delivery and will service is free for a reasonable time. Ask the company if they could provide you with few previous customers with whom you could speak directly and find out what experience they had with your possible Electric Wheelchair provider. You might also want to ask from the company, to get some references that they have from the doctors for whose patients they have provided Electric Wheelchairs in the past. A good company that provides Electric Wheelchairs should be able to assist you while doing the paper work for an insurance coverage. Those are few things, but not all, that you might want to consider when choosing an Electric Wheelchair provider. You definitely want that the user of the Electric Wheelchair enjoy his or her way of mobility and enjoy life fully. Best Los Angeles Attorneys

Wednesday, February 27th, 2008

By Kent Pinkerton Given the healthy business profile in Los Angeles, it can be expected that there would be times when businesses would be involved in various legal matters, which include negotiating a merger or law suits. However, given that in these instances, businesses need to have people who would aggressively represent their interests, it is very important that businesses get the best lawyers possible. Unfortunately, there are some businesses, especially those that have just started their operations that are not aware of the sources from which they can get very good lawyers. The good news is that there are some steps that these businesses can take to help them get the best lawyer that would aggressively represent their interests in a number of situations. Some helpful steps One of the best ways for businesses to have access to very good lawyers is to ask for referrals from their colleagues in the industry. This is because given the legal matters that are involved in running a business; these businesses can refer some of the better lawyers that they have worked with in the past. In addition to this, businesses can also gain access to first hand information on lawyers from their colleagues. In the process of shopping for a lawyer, it would also be helpful for businesses if they asked for references from the lawyers they are considering. This can be very helpful because by interviewing not only the lawyer but also the references the lawyer would give, business owners can gauge the skill level of the lawyer based on how he handled the cases of his other clients. Another good way by which businesses can gain access to good lawyers is to ask other lawyers, which include their tax lawyers. This is because lawyers who have a good reputation among their colleagues can be considered some of the best lawyers given the respect that other lawyers have for them. In a city like Los Angeles, getting a good lawyer is not a luxury but a necessity for businesses given the legal aspects that are involved in running and maintaining a business. The good news is that businesses can gain access to some of the best lawyers by employing simply knowing where to look and who to ask because knowledge on these can give businesses access to lawyers who would aggressively represent their interests in the legal arena. Online Dating Advice - How to Make a Match

Monday, February 25th, 2008

By H. Nejvesgnir When looking for your partner online you should follow these advice: A pretty new photo of yourself should be used in your profile. You will obtain more serious impression among those who search for a partner. Describe yourself in the best manner. What kind of person would you characterize yourself? What do you like to do? That is essential. Don’t show up with personal information like email-address and phone-number. Likely as not you want to know more about your date through correspondence using the dating-site. If you receive an unpleasant reply, you should take no notice of the sender. At worst write an email to the owner of the website. Don’t lie or exaggerate when you try to describe yourself. Don’t write anything about your defeats and bad experiences. Emphasize your good qualities. Your first date, when you decide to meet each other, should occur carefully and gradually. Realize that some men make a copy of their message for distribution among several women. The more specific you are, describing what you want, the fewer replies. But it is an increasing chance that you will meet someone that suit you. Be patient. It may take a lot of time to find your dream-partner - also at the cyberspace. But one day it may come true. H. 3 Easy Tips for Successful Container Gardening

Sunday, February 24th, 2008

By Doug Green Here are several tips for creating a wonderful hanging basket or container this summer. The first is to use an artificial soil composed mostly of peat moss. Good soils such as Fafard or Pro-Mix use perlite, peat, and other ingredients to produce a soil that will not compact over the summer. Real garden soil compacts and turns into concrete under the pressure of regular watering. And when it does, plant roots stop growing because they require good open spaces to move into and absorb nutrients. Hard, compacted soils do not grow good plants so do not use real soil in your containers. I re-use my artificial potting soil from year to year. I dump it out of the pot. Chew it up with a shovel to cut up all last years roots and add approximately 10 % by volume of compost. The compost increases air spaces and gives plants a boost in healthy nutrition. Feed your plants weekly. Nitrogen, the engine of plant growth, is water soluble and as you water your containers from the top the dissolved nitrogen is leaving from the bottom. I use a fish-emulsion liquid feed with seaweed to provide all the trace nutrients my plants require and recommend it highly. You can use any liquid plant food (like Miracle Grow or Shultz) to promote growth. Compost tea is the Cadillac of liquid plant food and if you make your own compost tea, your plants will respond with bigger and better blooms as well as increased vigour. And finally, no matter the size of the container, it is important to soak it all the way to the bottom at each watering. Continue watering until water emerges from the pot bottom. This ensures the roots can reach all parts of the container and grow properly. How To Calculate Your Whiplash Claim

Thursday, February 21st, 2008

By Mumtaz Shah How much is the pain and discomfort of your whiplash injury worth? A fair question, after all a whiplash injury is painful so you should be compensated accordingly. Unfortunately, however, the level of compensation you get for your injury following an accident will depend on a number of variable factors. The Whiplash Compensation Claim The first of the variable factors will depend on how you make your whiplash injury claim. If you make a compensation claim directly against the insurance company, then you will likely be compensated in accordance with the settlement agreement you make with the insurance company. However, if you decide to seek the advice of a compensation solicitor to handle your whiplash compensation, then you could be entitled to compensation categorised as (i) General Damages and (2) Special Damages. General Damages For Whiplash The overall amount that you may be entitled to under General Damages is difficult to determine as it is paid for the physical pain and suffering (i.e. the actual damage such as a whiplash neck injury or something more serious) that you encounter as a direct result of the accident you had. You may also be allowed to claim for emotional pain and loss of enjoyment of life as part of General Damages. Finally, if the pain and suffering you encounter as a result of your injury causes you to suffer psychological disorders, such as depression, then this may also be included in your compensation claim. Although General Damage sums awarded by a court will be dependant on their set guidlelines, the details of your medical report detailing the extent of the whiplash, the actual injuries caused, and the possible harm it has had on your emotional state will, all play a pivotal part in the whiplash injury claim. Special Damages For Whiplash Unlike General Damages, Special Damages can be fixed to some degree and are payable to you as a result of you having encountered certain special losses because of the accident. In particular, Special Damages are payable on any loss of earnings (including any potential loss of future earnings as a result of the accident) you may have to endure while you recover from the accident; car hire expenses you have to pay as a result of your car being in the repair shop; if you have to pay someone to look after you while you recover from your whiplash, these can be recovered; and if you have paid for medical attention to treat the injury, you can also include these in your claim. If you want to claim for Special Damages you need to keep a careful track of all the payments you have made and where possible you’ll need to have receipts. Insurance Settlement If you decide that you do not want to make a whiplash injury compensation claim through the courts, then you need to agree to enter into a settlement agreement with the insurance company. In this case you need to make sure you read the terms of the settlement agreement very carefully as insurance settlement claims usually contain provisions (1) that the insurance company can pay you in instalments, rather than a one-off lump-sum payment; (2) that once you have been paid the whiplash compensation by the insurance company you cannot reopen the claim in the future to try and get some more money and agree to no longer hold the insurance company liable for any future cost or loss. Limitation Period To Bring A Claim If you have recently suffered a whiplash injury, then you have a period of 3 years from the date of the injury in which to bring proceedings to court. If you fail to bring your whiplash claim to the courts within this time you will have forfeited your right to make a claim. Whiplash Injury Solicitor Whether you have suffered a neck injury, back injury, or bruising, in order to know exactly what your rights are you should seek a consultation with a personal injury solicitor or lawyer as soon as you can following the accident and in any case before you agree to sign any settlement agreement with any insurance company as they are not obligated to tell you what your legal rights are but also what compensation you should be entitled to. It’s easy to proceed with a whiplash compensation and gain maximum results without the hassle, costs and confusion. Breast Enhancement

Monday, February 18th, 2008

By Eric Morris Breast enhancement, or augmentation mamoplasty, is a cosmetic surgery performed to enhance the size and shape of breasts. The chief objective in doing so is to increase the person’s sex appeal. Breast enhancement has been in the center of controversy for three decades. It is supposed to be a risky procedure, causing certain disorders in the anatomy of the person, and the debate is whether it is prudent to gamble with health for the sake of obtaining that elusive hourglass figure. That notwithstanding, it is the second-most common prosthetic procedure, and in the year 2003 itself there had been 280,401 breast implants in the US alone. Though the debate over breast implants is a fairly contemporary phenomenon, the surgery itself is not that modern. Historical evidences show that Japanese women used to inject silicones directly into their breasts during the World War II. Before the discovery of silicone as an implant material, other materials such as paraffin were used for breast implants. Thomas Cronin and Frank Gerow, two plastic surgeons from Houston, were the first to develop silicone as a transplant material with the Dow Corning Corporation in 1961 and the first transplant was done on a woman in 1962. One of the chief objections in this cosmetic prosthesis is the use of silicone gel, which has been restricted as an implant material by the Food and Drug Administration in the US. Breast implants have been suspected of causing autoimmune disease, however there is no documentation to validate this fact. Known hazards of breast augmentation are asymmetry, visibility, palpability, rupture, deflation, infection, scarring, and hardening of the capsule of the implant. The strongest objection against breast implants comes from feminist groups who view it as a subjugation of women to men to pander to their sexual desires. It is not unknown of starlets and media women who undergo such surgeries to boost their careers; and in the process, giving vent to the allocution that it is a man’s world. Creating the Business Card You Desire

Saturday, February 16th, 2008

By Daryl Des Marais Business cards are an important part of your marketing strategy. They can be plain text and may include your logo. Most importantly they should match all your marketing materials in order to brand your company with your customer. Business cards should include all necessary contact information including your business name, address, phone number, email, web address and person to contact with their title. Some business cards include their tag line for the business. Others include a few benefits of the service of the business or the products they offer. Business cards come in a array of styles, designs and prices. They can be double sided, fold-out into mini brochures, or be colored and flashy. Be sure to chose business cards that suit your business image. Be simple in the begining with text and your logo, you can always make changes. The background colors and design will be important in the first image or presentation. However it is hard to change a high priced maybe overzealous looking card. You can also UV coat your business cards to last longer. There are a variety of papers that you can use and thicknesses depending on the quality, image you want to portrait and the cost you are willing to spend. For more information on business cards check outhttp://www.usabusinessgrowth.com/freebusinesscards.html Mr. Des Marais has operated small businesses for over 20 years. Find The Perfect Job In No Time

Friday, February 15th, 2008

By Ant Onaf Its about who you know, NOT what you know! But, what if you don’t know anyone? Then what are you suppose to do? You suppose to go hunting and make contacts. When finding any job the first rule is to make looking for a job your JOB! Finding a Job Is Your Job If you are unemployed then you should put aside at least 6-8 hours of each business day for applying to jobs, making contacts, interviewing, and staying on top of your industry. This strategy will always award you a job in less time. Your goal should be to apply to a minimum of 3 jobs per day. You should manage a list of contacts of everyone you directly or indirectly make contact with. If you already have a job, then you shouldn’t be looking for a job. But, if it is imperative that you find a new job, then it will be more difficult to find the adequate time to job hunt, therefore you should put aside the time for your job search as it becomes available. Analyze Your Craft You should know your craft. Know the skill you hold and the level at which you best perform. Rate yourself fairly, do not underrate your talent. Know your worth, but better know the least (salary) you are willing to accept. It is important to know your skill set. Knowing this information will help you better asses the position which you are seeking. Getting a job isn’t only about the employer finding the perfect fit, it is also for you to find the perfect fit. Research the salary for your position, such as Salary.com, SalaryExpert.com, and PayScale.com. Once you are familiar with the salary you should stay at least $5,000 within that range (e.g. if the salary for the job is expected to be $45,000 then you should seek opportunity within the range of $40,000-$45,000 or $45,000-$50,000, depending on your level of skill for the position). Prepare Your Resume You should update your current resume or create a new resume. Your original resume should be generic, but keyword-rich. The generic version should NOT contain any formal greets to any particular party. Basically, you should be able to apply to any job with the generic version without any editing. It should be readily available for fast access and quick apply. The generic version will be used to post on job boards, for employers to view when searching the database. Editing your resume for formal greets should be done at the time of applying to a job. You want your resume to be keyword-rich because when employers/recruiters search databases for resumes they usually use keywords to find employees. If your resume has the proper keyword density and strategy then your resume is more likely to be returned within the search results (e.g. if the job you are searching for is ‘customer service’ then your resume should focus on the keyword ‘customer service’). Many argue that a one-page resume is the best resume, but in my experience a one-page resume doesn’t provide enough information for those with extensive backgrounds. In this case I suggest not exceeding 2 pages, unless the job you are applying for is information technology related or relies on extended details within the industry, then it is (sometimes) best to list or add every product, program, service, and technology which you have touched, worked with, or have knowledge of. Even still do not exceed 3 pages at this point, and that may be too much. Though, I must admit I have seen 5-page resumes which are highly detailed and keyword-rich that receive a very high response rate. Never boast or brag on your resume. Be truthful and list your objective, skills, professional experience, education, and knowledge. If you do not have the ability or time to create an award-winning resume then it may be worthwhile to invest in a professional resume writing service. Build Your Contacts The best way to make contacts is by calling the employer or recruiter directly. Usually this information is made available when applying for a job online. If you are at a job board site such as: Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, or a niche-based job board such as: DataCenterLife.com then more than likely the contact information is found on the job post page. If you are applying through an employer site then more than likely the contact information can be found under the “Contact Us” page usually found on the sites’ navigational bar. Respect the wishes of employers and recruiters who state NOT to contact by phone. You should create a contact for any job you apply for. Manage Your Contact List Every employer or recruiter you make contact with directly or indirectly should be added to your contact list. Your contact list should include the company name, contact name, email address, phone number, and position title. You should also have a field or method which denotes the last time you spoke with or contacted each contact. This is important so you do not make the mistake of contacting someone you spoke with days earlier as well this helps you manage your time between each contact. You should follow-up with your contacts at least once every week or every 7 business days. Out of Work. Out of the Loop. Just because you are unemployed doesn’t mean you need to fall behind in your industry. You should still stay familiar with your industry and spend your time wisely. Study your industry market and know the new technologies being used inside your job industry. Stay afloat, use your resources such as: the internet, newspapers, media, friends, and ex co-workers to know what is going on in your job industry. If you are out of work for months and have no idea of a new application that is being used by all professionals in your industry, then it will look bad in an interview when you have no clue what they are talking about and you are claiming to be a skilled professional in the industry. Keep your eye on the prize and know your stuff. Even if you are not an expert at it, at least have the basic knowledge. Don’t Answer That Phone You only have one chance at making a good impression, do not blow it! Do not answer the phone if you are too busy to talk, if you see a number that you do not recognize assume it is an employer or recruiter and you should not answer the call, if you are too busy. There is nothing worse than a crying baby in the background, a large bulldozer from a nearby construction site, the sound of a flushing toilet, a third-party conversation going on in the background, or being in a drop-call zone when an employer or recruiter calls. You should be focused, relaxed, calmed, and ready to answer all questions swiftly without any interruptions when the phone rings, otherwise allow your voice mail service to get the call and return the call later when the time is more convenient. Give Yourself a Break I also suggest taking off Friday, don’t do any job hunting or interviewing this day, enjoy yourself. Have yourself a 3-day weekend. The only reason you should schedule Friday for interviewing is if the employer or recruiter schedule it, never inconvenience your interviewer unless it is life-threatening or extremely important. Also, you should still answer your phone on Friday when you have the time, if you are too busy or unable to answer your phone then make sure you have a voice mail service set up. Interviewing Getting an interview is what you worked hard for. Having a successful interview is just as important as getting the job. This determines everything. Preparation for your interview should begin the minute you are scheduled for your interview. You should study the background of the company. You should be familiar with what the company does and their procedures. Most of this information is usually found on the company’s website (sometimes buried within the site so you may have to do some digging). You should prepare questions which you may have for the interviewer about the company and/or position. You should familiarize or refresh yourself with the requirements/qualifications of the position. And most importantly you should have a good night sleep before the interview, at least 8-10 hours of rest. You should have at least 2 business suits/attire for interviewing. If you have a second interview you should have the ability to switch to a different suit. Your suits should be only of the three colors: black, navy, or gray. Make sure you are well groomed for the interview. You should arrive to the interview between 10-15 minutes early. You should never come to an interview empty handed. You should at least have a business folder with notepad paper, a writing pen, and a hardcopy of your resume. When interviewing you should relax and be yourself. You should be focus, articulate well, and be keen. Make non-offensive eye contact with your interviewer. Ask questions about the company and the position. Ask the interviewer about their position and the length of time they been with the company. Ask the interviewer why the position is available and why did the last person leave the company? Ask the interviewer how soon do they hope to fill the available position? Ask the interviewer for a business card or way to contact them if you have any questions later. Just remember to be yourself and remember that the interviewer is only human just like you. If you don’t get the job then try and try again, until you get a job. Many times an interview is a display of your personality and character. If you have truthfully and appropriately represented your skill set on your resume, then the interviewer already know you are capable of handling the job. You’re Hired!
